FLOYD INGRAM: Are you ready for Good News?

By FLOYD INGRAM / THE PRESS REGISTER,

This will be the first Easter in more than 30 years that I have not been in church on Sunday.

I’ve said before in this space that I started going to church nine-months before I was born. Yes, there was a rebellious stage in my early 20s, but “raise up a child in the way he should go” . . . well, you know the rest.

BUCK SHOT!

By SPECIAL TO THE PRESS REGISTER,

Carson Douglas Strider, 5, is all smiles after bagging his first buck on Sunday, Jan. 5, 2020. Strider was hunting on Bowman Delta Farm in Coahoma County with the .243 H&R rifle pictured. The four-point tipped the scales at 145.2 pounds.

FLOYD INGRAM: Enjoy Christmas before it’s over

By FLOYD INGRAM / THE PRESS REGISTER,

Christmas is coming fast but try to slow down. Before you know it Christmas will be over.

The clock cannot be reset.
