The City of Clarksdale voted recently to enter the state’s new program aimed a garnishing the state income tax refunds of those who have unpaid fines from a conviction in city court.
Clarksdale, Coahoma County and the rest of Mississippi head to the polls next week to choose our elected officials. I hope we get it right this time.
