Larry “LD” Winters, 86, died at home in Sardis Lake, Miss.
He was a Navy Veteran and was preceded in death by his son Ronnie Winters and daughter Diane Hodges.
He is survived by his son Earl Winters (Valerie) of Grenada, Miss.; daughter Vicky Boykin (Bobby) of Tillatoba, Miss.; brother Roy Winter of Blytheville, Ark.; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Larry was full of life and loved being a grandfather to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, Dec. 1, 2023, at Meredith-Nowell Funeral Home in Clarksdale from 1 to 5 p.m.
His son-in-law Bobby Boykin is handling the arrangements.
