The Coahoma County Sheriff’s Office is seeking a local man and they and the family are asking for the community's help in locating Joe Willie Giles.
Giles was last seen leaving his residence in Friars Point, Wednesday, Sept. 16, at about 9 p.m.
Giles was driving a tan 2003 Chevy Tahoe, with a Mississippi tag, numbered DBQ3842.
Giles is described as a 6-foot, 2-inches tall, African American with light skin and approximately 255-pounds. He is 53-years-old and stocky in build and appearance.
Authorities have interviewed a number of people about Giles’ disappearance and continue to seek tips and clues to his whereabouts.
