Betty Jewel Jones, 83, a retired Office Manager at CableCom, died June 11, 2019 at Baptist East Hospital in Memphis. Visitation is from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday June 14, 2019 at Riverside Baptist Church in Clarksdale. Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Friday at Riverside Baptist Church in Clarksdale with burial in the Memorial Gardens. Meredith-Nowell Funeral Home in Clarksdale is handling the arrangements.
She was a member of Hosanna Family Worship Center.
Survivors include sons Greg Jones of Pope, Darren Jones (Viki) of Batesville and Marc Jones of Clarksdale; daughter Lisa Jones Doss (Chris) of Sherard; sisters Margurite Noah of Vaiden and Nancy Kyle of Minter City; 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Hugh Keith Jones and parents William Elmer and Bessie Noland Boyles; brother Billy Boyles and sister Lorraine Nassar.
