The Iota Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma is offering a $500 scholarship for a student in Coahoma, Tunica, Quitman or Panola counties.
The applicant must be a junior level female college student working on a degree in an education-related field, have a strong desire to become a professional educator and be a resident of one of the four before-mentioned counties.
Delta Kappa Gamma is a professional honorary society composed of women educators.
