MEC president Scott Waller will present an informative talk on economic competitiveness and job creation in the state, workforce and education achievement, business climate enhancement, and workplace wellness.
“Those are relevant and important topics here in Clarksdale, especially as we have concentrated so hard these past 18 months on the creation of new jobs in our city and county,” Levingston said. “I urge all those interested in economic development to register to attend.”
Waller said he was excited to be coming to Coahoma County.
“This is a great opportunity for us to discuss MEC’s mission and goals, but more importantly, it’s also a great opportunity to get feedback from community leaders and learn their opinions on important topics affecting our state,” Waller said.
