We were deeply saddened to learn of the passing of our beloved friend and former Citizen of the Year, Mrs. Lela Keys, this past Sunday morning. Mrs. Keys was a remarkable force for good—an elegant blend of strength, compassion, and service whose presence left an indelible mark on our community.
