ELLISVILLE – Jones College placed five players in double figures en route to a 103-76 victory over Coahoma here Monday afternoon at A.B. Howard Gymnasium.
The victory moves the Bobcats to 6-0 overall. Coahoma drops to 2-4.
Calvin Temple (Center Hill) led the way with 21 points. Jabari Bowman (Warren Central), Decorian Payton (Center Hill), Lovell Smith (Brooklyn, New York) and Caleb McGill (Petal) each scored 14 points.
Coahoma was within 31-26 with less than eight minutes left in the first half. Jones then closed the half on a 22-7 run.
