NATIONAL SUMMARY
A dynamic storm will produce a blizzard in eastern Montana,
western North Dakota and northeastern Wyoming tomorrow,
making travel extremely difficult and dangerous. To the
east, a large swath of severe thunderstorms will develop in
the afternoon from the eastern Dakotas to Minnesota and
western Wisconsin. These storms, along with thunderstorms in
eastern Kansas, western Missouri and northern and central
Oklahoma, will be capable of producing hail and damaging
winds. Thunderstorms in southern Minnesota and much of Iowa
will also have a tornado risk. Gusty winds and dry weather
will result in a high fire threat in eastern New Mexico, the
Texas and Oklahoma panhandles and south-central Kansas. A
few showers may dampen New York and Pennsylvania. Summerlike
air will cover the Ohio Valley.
