Lee McGarrh, Jr.

Lee McGarrh, Jr., 69, of Perkinston, passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2019.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee McGarrh, Sr. and Earline C. McGarrh.

Survivors include his wife, Evelyn McGarrh; his children, Steven McGarrh, Miranda (David) Mitchell, Billy (Tammy) Brewer and T.J. Ewing; a brother, Steve (Cindy) McGarrh; four grandchildren, Jayden, Eva Clair, Taylin Grace and Estella Cate; a nephew, Chase (Cemper) McGarrh; great-nephew and great-niece, Grayden and Adley Grace; and other relatives and friends.

Mr. McGarrh was a native of Clarksdale and he served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War.

He retired from the 22nd Naval Construction Regiment as a deputy operations officer after 27 years of dedicated service.  

He enjoyed hunting, camping, fishing and woodworking and he loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 13, 2019, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport.  The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Biloxi National Cemetery.
