Daniel Louis Foster, 82, died Dec. 6, 2019 at his residence. A lifelong resident of Clarksdale, he had recently moved to Yazoo City. He was born on July 28, 1937 in Coahoma County to Harvey Love Foster and Pearlie Posey Foster.
Eddie B Payno, 56, died Dec. 28, 2019 in Helena-West Helena, Ark.
He was born Oct. 26, 1963.

Clarksdale hosted a modest economic development event Friday and we host another one this week.
