Printcy Ray Rhodes, 55, of Clarksdale, died from injuries suffered in a car wreck on Wednesday, July 25, 2018, at Northwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center in Clarksdale.

Lavon D. Dye

Lavon D. Dye, 87, of Randolph, a retired security guard with Sunshine Mills in Tupelo, died Tuesday, July 17, 2018, at University Medical Center in Jackson.

Mr. Dye was a U.S. Air Force veteran, where he guarded the atomic bomb. He loved gardening and farming. He also raised miniature horses, llamas, cows and ducks.

Jerry Wayne Ainsworth

Jerry Wayne Ainsworth, 77, of Cleveland, passed away on Sunday, July 22, 2018, at the North Sunflower Medical Center in Ruleville.

Mr. Jerry was born in Harrisburg, Ark., on June 9, 1941, to James Wendell Ainsworth and Mattie Shopher Ainsworth. 

On July 26, 1968, he married the love of his life, Rosemary Scott, in Lyon. 

Roland “Snow” Thomas

Roland “Snow” Thomas, 86, of Brandon, formerly of Clarksdale, passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2018.

Visitation was held Monday and a celebration of life service was held Tuesday, July 18, 2018, at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon. A graveside service was held Tuesday at Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Grenada.

Gary Wayne Hudson

Gary Wayne Hudson, 65, of Ocean Springs, died Saturday, July 14, 2018, in Ocean Springs.

A celebration of life service will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at Southern Mississippi Funeral Services, in Ocean Springs. The family will receive friends an hour before the service.
