ENGAGEMENT: Rodgers/Masterson

Mr. and Mrs. William Ronald Masterson of Batesville announce the engagement of their daughter, Callie Blake Masterson to Edward Andrew Rodgers, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Brown Rodgers, Jr., of Clarksdale.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Milton Brown of Marks and Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Leon Masterson of Batesville.

The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Brown Rodgers, Sr., of Clarksdale and the late Mr. and Mrs. Oney Shaw Johnson, Jr., of Clarksdale.

The bride-elect graduated from North Delta School in 2014. She graduated from Delta State University in May 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology.

The prospective groom graduated from Lee Academy in 2011. He attended Mississippi State University and is currently self-employed at Double E Planting Company and HBR Farms in Clarksdale.

The wedding will take place at half past six in the afternoon Saturday, December 14, 2019 at Clarksdale United Methodist Church.

Reception will follow at The Bank in downtown Clarksdale.
