Betty Roane Fuller, an amazing mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister passed away peacefully with her family by her side on April 27, 2022.
A Memorial Service in honor of Betty will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at 10 a.m. at the Calvary Episcopal Church in Cleveland, Miss.
Betty was born on October 25, 1939 in Memphis to Woodrow Pike and Frances Yoon Pike. She grew up in Memphis where she attended and graduated from Memphis Tech High School. Betty lived in Clarksdale for several years where she worked at the Coahoma County Courthouse. In 1984, she relocated to and made Arizona her home for the next 35 years. Betty managed her own business in Tucson and later worked for Tech Group in Scottsdale. Betty returned to Boyle, in 2019, where she spent the last few years of her life. Betty was an avid reader, loved dancing and enjoyed baking for her friends and family.
Betty is preceded in passing by her parents, her husband Vern Fuller, and her sister Pat Bowen.
Betty is survived by her children, Amber Roane Kincaid of Boyle, Michael Roane (Debra) of Sandia Park, N.M.; grandchildren, David Bosley of Scottsdale, Ariz., Celeste Aguzzi (Vic) of Cleveland, Jamison Roane (Meagan) of Oxford, Anna Roane of Albuquerque, N.M.; Ten great grandchildren and one on the way; and a sister, Elizabeth Irene Pyron of Sadler, Texas.
The family is especially thankful for the loving care Betty received from the staff at Bolivar Medical Center.
