RENA LARA – Carroll Wayne McKnight, 85, retired from Wonder Bread, died Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at Delta Medical Center in Clarksdale.
Visitation was Friday, May 13, from 1 to 2 p.m. at Meredith-Nowell Funeral Home in Clarksdale. Funeral services were 2 p.m. Friday, at Meredith-Nowell Funeral Home in Clarksdale with burial in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Lyon.
Meredith-Nowell Funeral Home in Clarksdale is handling the arrangements.
He was a Mason, a Shriner, and a member of the Elk’s Lodge.
Survivors include daughters, Debbie (Mike) Mooneyhan of Cleveland, Miss., Connie McKnight of Rena Lara and Sue Moore of Clarksdale; grandchildren Allen McKnight, Caroline Fondren, Austin Moore, Christopher Moore, Michael Mooneyhan and Laura Jones.
He was preceded in death by his wife Jean Kester McKnight; parents Jeff and Fannie King McKnight.
