Coahoma track team participated in its third meet of the season at the Belhaven Invitation Meet held in Jackson, Mississippi. The Tigers made their presence felt by winning gold in two events and improving on previous performances. Georgette Daley would win the women's 100 meters in 12.46 seconds, having the fastest time amongst 15 other competitors. The Jamaican native improved her previous time of 12.59 seconds, which she ran at the William Carey Invitation.
Once again, Antonio Weekes would represent Coahoma winning gold in the men's triple jump with a flight of 14.67 meters. The Barbados native is exceptionally close to obtaining the NJCAA national qualifying mark of 14.75 meters and is currently sixth in the nation.
In the men's 100 meters, KeAundre McCullough ran 11.09 seconds, his teammate Deldrionn Amos crossed the line in 11.59 seconds.
