To the Editor:
I will have to give credit where credit is due.
The 900 block of Lynn Street has been surfaced. The taxpayers waited 40 years for this to happen.
And the water west of Anderson Boulevard is cleaner than I have seen it in 39 years. I always thought the pipes made the water dirty.
