On Tuesday the Tunica County Sheriff’s Office received a call of shots fired in the Old Sub area, located just north of the city limits.
Upon arrival, deputies were led on high-speed chases by two vehicles going north on U.S. Highway 61. One two vehicles wrecked Hwy. 61, near Tunica National and two suspects were apprehended by deputies.
The second vehicle continued into DeSoto County and wrecked near I-69 and I-55. Two suspects were also apprehended there.
Both vehicles involved were discovered to have been stolen.
Three of the suspects were juvenile and the fourth, Martavious Cunigan, was placed in the Tunica County Detention Center.
