Auto Burglary:
• A burglary was reported in the 600 block of West Second Street; a wallet with cash and personal effects were reported stolen.
Residential Burglary:
• A burglary was reported in the 400 block of Pecan Street; kitchen appliances were reported stolen.
July 11-15
Shots Fired:
• 200 block of Spruce Street
• 800 block of Lincoln Street
Residential Burglary:
• A burglary was reported in the 1300 block of Melrose Street; electronics and clothing were reported stolen.
Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling:
• Shots were fired into a home in the 200 block of Adams Street, no injuries were reported.
July 4-8
Residential Burglaries:
• A burglary was reported on the 900 block of Maple Street; electronics were reported stolen.
• A window air conditioner was reported stolen from a residence on the 500 block of N. State Street.
• Two televisions were reported stolen from a residence on the 900 block of Vincent Street.
• Clothes and shoes were reported stolen from a residence on the 800 block of Lynn Street.
Commercial Burglaries:
• A burglary was reported on the 2100 block of MLK; cash was reported stolen.
• A burglary was reported on the 800 block of State Street; tools and electronics were reported stolen.
• Tools were reported stolen from a business in the 800 block of State Street.
Shots Fired:
• Maple and Herrin Street
• 500 block of Cherry Street
• 2100 block of Center Street
Shooting into Occupied Vehicle:
• An occupied vehicle was fired into on the 100 block of Cherry Street, no injuries were reported.
July 2-3, 2024
Residential Burglary:
• A burglary was reported in the 1400 block of Park Lane; firearms and electronics were reported stolen.
• A burglary was reported in the 600 block of Garfield; electronics were reported stolen.
• A burglary was reported in the 100 block of 19th Street; a firearm, electronics and jewelry were reported stolen.
Auto Burglary:
• A burglary was reported in the 700 block of State Street; a wallet and credit cards were reported stolen.
Shots Fired:
• 900 block of Commerce Place.
