The Coahoma County Soil & Water Conservation District (CC SWCD) has scholarship applications available for any college student who is a resident of Mississippi, attending a Mississippi college or university and enrolled as a sophomore, junior, senior or graduate student.
There are five scholarships that will be awarded in January 2022 and each scholarship is $5,000.
The scholarship application is geared towards students pursuing a Natural Resources field of study, which includes, but not limited to: Agribusiness, Agricultural Science, Agronomy, Animal and Dairy Sciences, Biological Engineering, Forestry and Landscaping Architecture.
Application deadline is Oct. 1.
