This east-bound black Cadillac didn't make the slight curve on Second Street about noon Wednesday, jumped the curb, clipped off a fire plug and plowed into an old oak tree.
The air-bag deployed and the driver was taken by ambulance to the Northwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center emergency room with non-life-threatening injuries.
