Man arrested for aggravated assault on McKinley Street in Clarksdale

A man has been arrested for aggravated assault following the shooting of another man this weekend.

Officers responded to the 600 block of McKinley Street in reference to a male subject being shot.

Officers arrived on scene and found T.J. Pam, 64, suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest.

Homes fired into over the weekend, Clarkdale Police investigating

MDOC Continuing Search for Escaped Inmate

JACKSON – The Mississippi Department of Corrections is continuing to search for a state prisoner who escaped in Lauderdale County.

Ryan Young, MDOC No. 168743, is serving a 40-year sentence for vehicle and residential burglaries, grand larceny, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon,

all committed in Claiborne County.
