Clarksdale Ward 3 Commissioner Eddie Earl believes Crossroads Economic Partnership, also known as the Chamber of Commerce, Executive Director Jon Levingston and other community leaders are overpaid.
Earl alleged that Levingston made in the neighborhood of $230,000 a year.
