The Clarksdale Board of Mayor and Commissioners have spent a significant amount of time and money putting together their strategic plan and touted the fact they were being open and transparent and putting that plan on their website.
But it's not there.
The city plans to meet at 11 a.m. Tuesday to discuss the plan.
