Ms. Elizabeth Britt Foster passed away Sunday, Sept. 15, 2024, at her residence near Clarksdale, Miss.
The family will receive friends on Friday, Sept. 20, 2024, from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at Oakhurst Baptist Church in Clarksdale and refreshments will be served during this hour in the church fellowship hall. The service will begin at 2 p.m. in the church Sanctuary with the interment to follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery near Clarksdale.
Elizabeth was an avid artist, loved crafting, necklaces, jewelry and was an avid animal lover and she considered any stray animal, of any species, to be a family pet.
Her family remembers her being an adorable, loving, little girl and growing into a beautiful young woman. She was a joy to her grandparents. “Stranger” was not a word in her vocabulary because she never met one.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Jane Harris Foster; one brother, Robert Cord Foster; her maternal grandparents, Spencer & Elizabeth Harris; and her paternal grandparents, Earnest & Georgia Britt Foster.
