The Highway 61 Challenge, a four-day 500-mile bicycle ride from Memphis to New Orleans, passed through Clarksdale on the Crossroads of Highways 49 and 61 on their first day last week.
The bike ride raised funds for the Children’s Hospital New Orleans through sponsors.
