The Carnegie Library has had a leaking roof for more than two years and Librarian Tracy Caradine said it has to be fixed.
Caradine said a two-phase report from the Library Board’s architect put the cost of repairs for both the historic and main building at $660,000 and commissioner balked at that amount.
