The Tunica County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the community’s help in locating a suspected shooter following an incident Monday night.
Tunica County 911 received several calls about 6:02 p.m. Monday, Feb. 10, from people saying shots had been fired on Beatline Road in Tunica.
Upon arrival, deputies determined it was a possible drive-by shooting incident and found a black male suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was treated at the scene and transported by Pafford Medical Services to Regional One Medical Center in Memphis.
At the time of the incident, the victim failed to provide a description of the vehicle or suspect.
