Police responded to a shooting in northeast Clarksdale and two reports of shots fired over the weekend.
Police responded to the 400 block of Ritchie Street at 1:30 p.m. Saturday on a report of a man being shot in a fight.
Officers said arrived and spoke with Christopher Dabbs who said he pulled up to this residence and found Jerimiah Snow sitting outside. Police reports said Dabbs confronted Snow and a fight broke out.
Dabbs said Snow pulled a gun and fired twice, striking him in the hand. Dabbs said Snow then fled on a bike.
The case was assigned to Investigator Peters.

All calls remain anonymous and cash is paid to those providing information that leads to solving this crime.

Police responded to two calls of shots fired over the weekend.
• 700 block of Catalpa Street - nothing found.
• 1100 block of Page Street- nothing found
The community is reminded to call police immediately if they spot something suspicious in their neighborhood and officers will respond.
Residents are reminded that while Clarksdale no longer has a curfew and juveniles are not to be out from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. and parents or guardians or adults with them can be fined for curfew violation of youth in their care or in their car.
