If you are caught committing a crime by the Clarkdale Police Department they will arrest you -- even if you claim to be Captain America.
On Tuesday, Sept. 10, around 3:10 am, Clarksdale Police responded to the 1500 block of Lee Drive.
When officers arrived on scene, the homeowner had David Hobbs, 36, no address given, held at gunpoint.
Hobbs was dressed in a Captain America costume.
According to the homeowner, he was alerted by his alarm, went outside his home armed with a handgun and found Hobbs breaking into his shed.
Hobbs was taken into custody and was slated to be arraigned in Clarksdale Municipal Court Tuesday on burglary charges.
Auto burglary arrest made by PD
The Clarksdale Police Department arrested Lorenzo Robinson Jr., 19, for auto burglary on Sept. 5.
Robinson was identified through video surveillance. He was processed and transported to the Coahoma County Jail, pending an initial appearance on Tuesday, Sept. 10 at 2 pm in Clarkdale Municipal Court.
