CLARKSDALE – Jack Leon Langley, Sr., 85, retired former owner of Pecan Meadows Country Club, Clarksdale Tile and Marble, and Skate City, died Monday, July 17, 2023, at home.
Memorial Services are Monday, July 24, 2023, 10:00AM at Coahoma Country Club in Clarksdale. Meredith-Nowell Funeral Home in Clarksdale is handling the arrangements.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Mary Jo Hodges Langley; sons Jack Langley of Clarksdale, David (Tammy) Langley of Conway, Ark.; daughters Dana (Ricky) Lewis of Moon Lake, Lazette Langley Phillips of Baton Rouge, La.; Brother George Langley (Edna) of Jefferson City, Tenn.; sister Juanita Grassi of Greenville; grandchildren Jordan Wilkinson, Reese Langley (Sarah), Tyler Langley (Gavin); great grandchildren Rhett Langley and Hazel Joy Langley.
He was preceded in death by his Parents George Langley and Allie Langley Smith; Brothers Eugene Langley, Robert Langley; and Sister Nadean Thomas.
The family has requested for no formal attire - they wish for you to wear your favorite golf attire.
