They are the professionals and they are bringing that skill to Clarksdale this month.
New Orleans Saints Safety J.T. Gray and Green Bay Packers Offensive Lineman Elgton Jenkins will host a free football camp June 24 at Clarksdale High School.
Gray and Jenkins, played football at CHS in 2013 before both attending Mississippi State University.
The camp is open to all ages 7-17 and offers a variety of free activities including coaching from J.T. Gray, Elgston Jenkins, and other NFL veterans to learn fundamental skills and NFL-inspired drills.
All participating campers will receive a t-shirt and lunch.

J.T. Gray is a safety for the New Orleans Saints, was born in Clarksdale. After high school, he played at Mississippi State University and was later selected by the Saints in the 2018 NFL Draft. Gray earned All-Pro nods twice and was selected to his first Pro Bowl in 2021.
Elgton Jenkins was born and raised in Clarksdale. Jenkins, is an offensive lineman for the Green Bay Packers. Jenkins was selected by the Packers in the second round of the 2019 NFL Draft. He was named to his first career Pro Bowl during the 2021 season, making him the third offensive lineman in team history to do so after only two seasons.
