The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation has activated the Missing and Endangered notification on behalf of Hinds County Sheriff’s Department.
Keyshawnna Williams, 5, and Samad Jackson, 1, of Jackson, Miss., were last seen on Sunday, Aug. 11, at about 1 p.m. in the 2600 block of Emerald Drive in Hinds County.
Keyshawnna Williams and Samad Jackson may be accompanied by their non-custodial mother, Ciara Jackson, 35, who is described as a Black or African American female, 5-foot-tall, weighing 130 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
The non-custodial parent and the missing children have been entered into NCIC.
