Miloyd S. Murphy, a native of Pascagoula, former resident of Arlington, Texas and current resident of Mobile, passed away Saturday, June 12, 2021, at Mobile Infirmary. Ms. Murphy was a graduate of Our Lady of Victories (Resurrection Catholic) High School in Pascagoula and attended Spring Hill College in Mobile.
Murphy greatly enjoyed her work in banking and financial services, loved to travel and meet new people, being on or near the water with her family, and especially her beloved pets. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eloyd Scherer Murphy & Michael Eugene Murphy.
Survivors include her sister Mischel Murphy Romero of Pascagoula; niece and nephew’s Felicia Romero (Cody) Grace, Michael Romero, and Steven (Lauren) Romero of Pascagoula; two grandnieces, Tabitha & Emma; other relatives and friends.
