On Tuesday, Aug. 17, 2021, the Coahoma County Sheriff’s Office arrested and charged three individuals with the double homicide that occurred in the town of Coahoma Aug. 10, 2021. The three individuals, Jerry Seamster, 30, of Clarksdale, D’Amonte Abrams, 23, of Friars Point, and DeAngelo Abrams, 24, of Friars Point, are being held in the Coahoma County Jail in Clarksdale and are charged with two counts of murder and two counts of aggravated assault. No bond has been set at this time.
