The Hollingsworth Companies have commenced construction on the SouthPoint Mississippi Industrial Park in Grenada.
Upon completion, the park will feature over 2 million square feet of industrial space across 14 buildings, aiming to create up to 2,500 jobs and generate a direct economic impact of $4 billion.
Strategically located along I-55, the development offers immediate access to major distribution routes, enhancing Grenada's appeal as a hub for advanced manufacturing and logistics.
The initial phase includes two spec facilities, with building sizes ranging from 108,000 to 173,000 square feet and an additional 800,000 square feet reserved for future
Governor Tate Reeves highlighted the project as a testament to Mississippi's commitment to industrial growth and job creation.
