A woman has been arrested following the death of a child in Clarksdale.
The Clarksdale Police Department in a brief and limited police report released at 4:48 p.m. Thursday, July 7 said Olandria Cotton, 23, was arrested and charged with Felony Child Deprivation of Necessaries with Substantial Harm or child abuse.
