The Nation's Weather for Sunday, February 19, 2023
_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
Nearly all of the United States will avoid noteworthy storm
systems tomorrow. However, a more organized storm will reach
the Northwest by late in the day, bringing with it some rain
showers along the coasts of Washington and northern Oregon,
as well as mountain snow from the Cascades into the Rockies,
that are both expected to continue at times for several days
as a rather chilly pattern takes hold. Elsewhere, some
showers should drift across the Mexican border into
southeastern Arizona, southwestern New Mexico and perhaps
far western Texas during the day. A minor system will drop
morning snow across northeastern Minnesota and the northern
Great Lakes region, and the Atlantic coast of Florida could
receive a shower or two during the day.
