NATIONAL SUMMARY
Thunderstorms capable of producing flooding downpours, hail
and gusty winds will rumble from Maryland to eastern Texas
tomorrow. In southeastern Virginia, northeastern North
Carolina and eastern Texas, an isolated tornado is not out
of the question. Rain and thunderstorms will affect Ohio,
Pennsylvania, New Jersey, southern New York and southern
Connecticut. Severe weather is not expected in those
locations. A steady rain will fall from southern Wisconsin
and northern Illinois to Massachusetts. A few showers will
occur as far west as eastern portions of South Dakota and
Nebraska. A few rain and snow showers will occur in the
mountains of Colorado and western Wyoming. The rest of the
West is forecast to be dry. Heat is expected to build in
Florida.
