NATIONAL SUMMARY
Strong to locally severe thunderstorms are forecast to
rumble along the East Coast from southeastern Pennsylvania

Michigan. Snow and a wintry mix are more likely in northern
Maine. Rain and mountain snow will fall along the West coast
from Washington to as far south as Central California.
Precipitation may make it as far east as Idaho and western
