The Nation's Weather for Tuesday, March 29, 2022
_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
A storm will continue to bring cooler, breezy air, rain and
snow showers to the Rockies and interior Southwest tomorrow
as the West Coast begins to return to milder conditions.
Rain is also expected to stretch across the northern Midwest
into the Ohio Valley, along with blustery weather. Other than
some potent late-afternoon thunderstorms in the southern
Plains, elsewhere across the nation is forecast to be
largely dry as gusty winds in the South Central raise
concern for wildfires. While the Mississippi and Tennessee
valleys become unseasonably warm, bitterly cold air is
likely to flow into the Northeast as the coast turns breezy.
The Gulf Coast is expected to remain pleasant.
