NATIONAL SUMMARY
Heavy rain will continue to impact parts of Wisconsin and
Michigan tomorrow as a slow-moving storm wanders east.
There will be an localized flood threat due to the
consistent rain, mainly across central and eastern
Wisconsin and northern lower Michigan. A front pushing
eastward will produce scattered showers and thunderstorms
for a large portion of the East tomorrow as well. Upstate
New York down to North Carolina will be impacted with
isolated flooding possible in low-lying and poor drainage
areas. The monsoon will continue to be strong with a
majority of the Southwest, including California, all be
impacted tomorrow. Flash flooding will be a concern in any
heavy downpours. Florida and the Southeast will likely see
thunderstorm activity as well.
