A 41-year-old Clarksdale man was shot and killed by an officer with the Clarksdale Police Department, who was investigating a reported prowler on Saturday night in a quiet residential area near downtown Clarksdale.
A press release from the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation said Patrick Bryant was fatally wounded after being shot in a backyard of the 200 block of Clark Street.
