Two 16-year-old boys were recently arrested and charged with two separate burglaries.
The two juveniles were arrested by officers with the Clarksdale Police Department at 3:45 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 11 in the 300 block of Jefferson Street.
They were charged with two separate burglaries that were reported to police on Feb. 11: one in the 800 block of Home Place and the other in the 400 block of Cherry Street.
The two juveniles were accused of stealing property valued at approximately $2,500. All of the stolen property was recovered by CPD investigators.
The case was turned over to the Coahoma County Youth Court for prosecution.
