Two high schools in Coahoma County will be holding their graduations for the class of 2018 on Saturday, May 19.
The first is Coahoma Early College High School set for 10 a.m. in the Pinnacle on the Coahoma Community College campus.
CECHS’s valedictorian is Talayshia Tate and the salutatorian is Layesha Ba.
Lee Academy will hold its graduation at 3 p.m. in its gym.
The valedictorian is Leslie Anne Bell and the salutatorian is Hetal Shingrani.
CECHS and Lee are the first local high schools to hold graduations for the 2017-18 school year.
