Blaine Cauthen, 49, an owner operator of Mac Geo Oil and Gas Research from Waynesboro, died Nov.1, 2019 at Flowood. Visitation is 11 a.m. to noon Tuesday, Nov.5, 2019 at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Clarksdale. Funeral services are noon Tuesday at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Clarksdale with burial in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Meredith-Nowell Funeral Home in Clarksdale, MS is handling the arrangements.
Blaine was a supporter of Cares Animal Shelter, Junior League of Jackson, St. Elizabeth Catholic Church and School and numerous local charities and sport teams, giving generously throughout the state. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was a member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church and Coahoma County Conservation League.
Blaine is survived by his parents Cecil and Suzanne Morris Cauthen; brother Taylor Cauthen (Sarah), maternal grandmother Margaret Lance Morris; niece Elizabeth Blaine Cauthen; nephew Taylor Brooks Cauthen all of Clarksdale, MS. and special friend Jen Cornett.
