Calvin Loston Moses Jr., 91, of Clarksdale was born on Feb.14, 1930 to the union of L.C. Moses Sr. and Joe Willie Harden Moses in Clarksdale. He was the second of five children. He was affectionately known as "Buddy".
Calvin departed this life on Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents Mr. & Mrs. L.C Moses Sr., his brother Charles Moses and his sister Willie Mae Lacy. Funeral service is 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 19, 2020 at Stringer-Redmon Funeral Chapel.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his daughter Edna Dieudonné (Hancy) of Fort Worth, Texas; one brother James (Dorothy) Moses of Clarksdale; one sister Elizabeth Tyler of Texas City, Texas; granddaughters Courtney Dieudonné of Fredericksburg, Va.; and Nadege Dieudonné of Fort Worth, Texas; one great grandson Loston Dieudonné; special daughter Ladwaina Ray of Clarksdale; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
