Willie Hopson, Jr., 72, of Lyon, Mississippi, died Aug. 6, 2019, in critical care at the Northwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m., Friday, Aug. 9, 2019, at King's Temple Missionary Baptist Church located at 1402 Lyon Ave, in Clarksdale. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 10, 2019 at The Pinnacle on the campus of Coahoma Community College. Burial to follow at Pawpaw Cemetery located on Highway 6, east of Lyon.
