UNIVERSITY -- The University of Mississippi announced students named to the Fall 2024 Honor Roll lists. The following local students were named to the Dean's Honor Roll, which is reserved for students who earn a semester GPA of 3.50-3.74:
• Sylena Anderson, of Lambert, seeking a B.A.Ed. in Science Education program.
• Robert Barksdale, of Clarksdale, seeking a B.Accy. in Accountancy program.
• Akira Clark, of Sledge, seeking a B.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences program.
• Jemia Mathews, of Clarksdale, seeking a B.A. in Mathematics program.
• Jaylen Watson, of Clarksdale, seeking a B.A. in Biological Science program.
To be eligible for honor roll designation, a student must have completed at least 12 graded hours for the semester and may not be on academic probation during the semester.
